What happens when you call

Three steps. Most people are here within hours.

The call is with a licensed admissions specialist, not a call center. Nothing you say obligates you to anything.

Call (413) 338-9960 →
1

Call. A specialist answers.

A real person, 24/7, not a call center. They listen, answer honestly, and explain your options. Calling commits you to nothing.

2

We verify coverage on the call.

Private insurance is confirmed in minutes while you are on the line. No surprise bills, no forms to chase.

3

We come get you.

Same-day admission in most cases, often within four hours. Transportation to and from the facility is arranged for you.

Your job is protected. Your employer is never told.

Treatment is covered by HIPAA. If you need time off, we handle the FMLA paperwork with you.

What we treat

Detox and rehab for every substance, with the mental health care underneath.

Medical Detox

Board-certified physicians and 24/7 nursing. Comfort medications and MAT so withdrawal is managed, not endured.

Inpatient Rehab

Live on site. Individual therapy several times a week, small groups, and a clinical team that knows your name.

Dual-Diagnosis Care

Anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD treated alongside substance use, by licensed clinicians.

Aftercare Planning

Nobody leaves without a plan: outpatient, alumni support, relapse prevention, and a real next step.

Before you call

What should I have ready when I call?

Nothing. If your insurance card is nearby it speeds things up, but we can start without it. The specialist asks a few questions about what you've been using and how you're feeling, then explains your options.

Will you judge me?

No. Addiction is a medical condition, not a moral failure. Many of our team are in recovery themselves. Our job is to keep you safe, supported, and informed.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your call, assessment, and stay are protected under HIPAA. We never notify employers or family without your consent.

Will treatment affect my job?

Your employer is never notified. If you need time off, we walk you through your FMLA rights and handle the paperwork.

Do I really need medical detox?

Alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines can be dangerous to stop suddenly. Our physicians will tell you honestly whether detox is needed, and what it looks like if so.

What does it cost with insurance?

Most private PPO plans cover the majority of medical detox and inpatient treatment. We verify your exact benefits on the first call. We do not accept MassHealth, Medicaid, or Medicare.

One call. We take it from here.

A licensed specialist is available right now. Coverage verified on the call, same-day admission, transportation arranged.
